Most AI pilots stop at an impressive answer.

We're building the layer that makes AI work reviewable, governable, and useful inside real teams.

THE PROGRAM

From recurring friction to a governed AI agent.

We do the unscalable work with you: define the agent, connect the systems, configure the guardrails, and observe real usage.

01

One real AI agent, not a sandbox

We select one high-value operational use case and configure an AI agent against the tools your team already uses.

02

Founder-led implementation

You work directly with the team building Forge—from agent chartering through your first governed run.

03

Evidence you can defend

Every run preserves its sources, actions, approvals, and outcome so operators can review what happened.

ONE AI AGENT · SIX WEEKS

A deliberately narrow path to a measurable agent launch.

  1. 01
    Week 1Define the agent

Define the trigger, evidence, decisions, permissions, and success measure.

  2. 02
    Weeks 2–3Build and connect

Configure the agent, tools, knowledge, approval policy, and safe test path.

  3. 03
    Weeks 4–5Run with your team

Invite operators, observe real behavior, and improve the agent from evidence.

  4. 04
    Week 6Measure and decide

Review time saved, completion quality, adoption, and the path to production.

WHO IT'S FOR

Teams with a real agent opportunity and the willingness to shape what comes next.

The Founding 15 is designed for technology and operations teams moving beyond isolated AI experiments.

01

Your team repeats the same investigation or handoff every week.

02

The proposed agent must work across monitoring, collaboration, or company systems.

03

A human must approve consequential actions.

04

You can nominate one operator and invite 3–5 teammates.

APPLY FOR THE FOUNDING 15

What we ask from you
  • One accountable operational owner
  • Three to five participating teammates
  • A weekly 30-minute feedback session
  • Access to a safe test environment
3–5 minutes

Tell us where the friction lives.

COMMON QUESTIONS

The useful details.

Is the program free?

Selected teams receive founding-program terms for the six-week pilot. We'll discuss any provider or usage costs openly before work begins.

Do we need AI expertise?

No. You bring the operational knowledge. We handle agent configuration, governance, integrations, and implementation with your technical contact.

Will the agent take actions autonomously?

Only within the policy you approve. Consequential actions can require explicit human approval, and every run preserves reviewable evidence.

What happens after six weeks?

We review the measured outcome together and decide whether to expand, continue under a commercial plan, or conclude the pilot with your evidence exported.
